Promoted with NRI fundings "MAYURA RESIDENCY" was conceptualized to bring world class accommodation to the discerning tourists as well as pilgrims whose requirements have changed with time and it was felt that Guruvayur should now move from a town of lodges to a town of professionally designed and run hotels. "MAYURA RESIDENCY" has 65 guest rooms.

The hotel has an Atrium Lobby with original murals adorning the lobby walls from the Guruvayur School of mural paintings run by the Guruvayur Devaswom. Ample car parking for 2 coaches and upto 30 cars at a time will give you an idea as to what detailing has gone into the layout of the hotel. All the fittings used in the guest rooms and public areas, including the massive chandeliers in the lobby & the restaurant have been specifically imported for this purpose.

The team has been chosen keeping in mind the requirements of our guests and are all from professional hospitality backgrounds the modern traveller is used to. The Food & Beverage team of "Mayura Residency" are all from reputed hotel chains and have been specifically trained to create and serve authentic North Indian, South Indian and Chinese cuisine from the best raw materials available and have an obsession for quality. Our objective is to provide tasty as well as nutritious meals and have an eye always on the health of the all the guests dining with us.
